The neighborhood plan covers the whole buildable area of the 512 particle, for an overall surface of 10’100 sq. m. The sector is located in the eastern part of the village of Curio, the further away building site bordering the woods that determines the natural perimeter in the southern and eastern part of the neighborhood plan.

The realization of the neighborhood plan contributes to a restrained constructional development of the Curio with a planivolumetric planning of the marked landscaping quality that integrates the new volumes in the surrounding natural context.
