This private villa is situated on the frontier of the countryside and the heart of the city. The shape is pure and simple, and all of the volumes intersect with one another to create a particular relationship.

The garden around the villa is strictly connected to its residence and in front of it there is a vineyard. This feature had always been considered in the planning stage in order to open the whole level towards the vinery and by specifically creating some rooms for the grape harvest. The backside consists instead of a strong wall of reinforced concrete opened only where necessary. This characteristic underlines the planning choices, emphasizing both the context and the client’s necessities, by creating as a consequence a direct and totally particular connection.
