The Piana-Caminada-Cairelletto sector, located in the industrial-commercial area of Manno, in the immediate vicinity of the freeway overpass of Lugano Nord with the cantonal road of Agno – Monte Ceneri, represents one of the areas with greater potential of urban and economic development of the Basso Vedeggio.

The aim of this work was to concretely promote the development of the sector for the division of the definition of a variant of the Regulation Plan (in the form of the variant, of the neighborhood plan and the detailed plan).
