Cademario is a village located in the western part of Lugano, also known as holiday location of Malcantone.

Just by looking at its position, we may instantly understand to be in a place where nature is king and where peace and calmness are essential elements. These characteristics were not discovered in the latest years; indeed, already at the beginning of the century, when Ticino started to open at tourism, Cademario was one of the selected locations to establish this type of activity.

The Studio Matteo Huber is elaborating a plan of the Ronchi area to promote the exploitation of wine in order to ensure the continuation of this activity that has rooted and continues to establish the image of the vineyard hilly landscape.

It has also been working on the elaboration of a detailed plan of the hospitality municipal areas.
