Vico Morcote is a small picturesque village located by the lake of Lugano. The well kept old hart of the village, is incorporated in a nice historical-architectural context characterized by narrow alleys, partially under arches, by houses of the XVII and XVIII sec., by the frescoed ‘Sala della Giustizia’ and by the majestic parish church of Saint Fedele and Simone, which make the village a great touristic attraction for the whole region.

The Studio Matteo Huber, as municipal planner, has pursued the revision of the zoning regulation and of the development of the detailed plan of the tourist and hospitality area in Olivella’s location.

At present, the detailed plan of the village and the punctual variations of the RP are being drafted.
